With this set, you can emboss and punch frangipani flowers out of fondant, marzipan, flower paste or modeling clay in no time at all. What is the set suitable for? For cakes, cupcakes, cake pops and desserts; the delicate flower is particularly popular at children's birthday parties. The set consists of a silicone embosser and the matching cutter for clean, even results. How is it used? Roll out the fondant to a thickness of approx. 3 mm on some baking starch so that nothing sticks. Place the rolled out fondant on the silicone embosser and press down firmly, release the embossed flower and cut it out with the cutter. For more dimension, place the flower in a flower shaper or on a baguette baking tray and leave to dry. Work with colored fondant if desired. Also ideal for biscuits: roll out marzipan thinly, emboss, cut out and place on the cooled biscuits with a little food glue. You can add accents with powder paint - dust on dry or mix with a little alcohol to make liquid paint. With the embossing set, you can create detailed flowers quickly and evenly. Cleaning: The silicone mold is dishwasher-safe. Clean the cutter by hand with warm water and a little soap.
