Chocolate mold numbers 0 to 9, for insertion

The 0-9 chocolate mold has 9 cavities for the numbers 0-8; for the nine, pour the six and turn it over. Thanks to the small spikes at the bottom, the numbers can be inserted directly into cookies. How is it used? Rinse the mold with warm water and polish it to make the numbers shine. Fill the polished mold with tempered couverture. For an even edge, remove excess chocolate with a metal scraper or fill the mold evenly with the piping bag. Then chill for 15-20 minutes; the cold causes the chocolate to contract and separate from the mold. What is the mold suitable for? For pouring beautifully shaped figures that are easy to shape thanks to the spike. The chocolate mold is not dishwasher-safe.
