Cast an attentive looking dog figurine in no time at all - ideal as an original gift for Easter, during the Advent season or for dog fans all year round. What is the mold suitable for? As an alternative to Santa Claus and the Easter bunny and for personalized animal figures that you can also make together with children. How is it used? Rinse the mold with lukewarm water and mild detergent without lye or rinse aid, rinse thoroughly, dry well and do not touch the surface directly afterwards. Polish with non-fraying absorbent cotton, use high-quality, tempered couverture and make sure that no water gets into the chocolate. Apply make-up from the outside in with colored cocoa butter or tempered couverture; white couverture can be colored with fat-soluble powder colors, for beige mix 2/3 white with 1/3 milk couverture. Apply the mixture clean, dry and grease-free with a brush, sponge or hygienic gloves, allow it to set slightly in between and then brush out the entire mold until no more air bubbles are visible. Clean the edges with the metal horn, put the halves together and secure them with clamps. Fill the mold, tap out any air bubbles and allow excess couverture to run out; repeat if necessary. Chill briefly, spread some couverture on baking paper for the base, press the mold into it, chill again and then carefully unmold the figure. Decorate the figure as desired with fondant or sugar decorations - a little cocoa butter coloring, for example, creates an individual collar; thanks to the fur pattern, two couvertures are sufficient.
