With this heart set, you can conjure up impressive tartelettes in a romantic heart shape - ideal for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, weddings or baby showers. The system consists of two coordinated parts: eight perforated heart tart moulds for the base and a silicone mould with eight cavities for the topping. Both parts have the same format and fit together exactly, ensuring a perfectly coordinated end result. The perforated molds distribute the heat evenly so that the shortcrust pastry is golden brown and stable. The silicone mold is suitable for both sweet and savory fillings. It is easy to use: bake the bases in the perforated molds and fill the silicone mold with cream, mousse or fruit filling. The silicone mold can be placed in the oven or freezer. Once set, turn out the toppings and place them precisely on the bases. Edible flowers, sprinkles or glitter powder are suitable for the decoration. Glaze with couverture or cake glaze - use Velvet Spray for a velvet effect and Mirror Glaze for a high gloss. Care instructions: Before first use, wash the silicone mold in a warm dishwashing liquid bath and allow to drain without rubbing dry. Thanks to its non-stick properties, greasing is not necessary and the mold is dishwasher-safe.
