The plastic bowl with a capacity of 4 liters is part of the basic equipment in every bakery and kitchen. It is ideal for preparing, mixing, kneading, proofing and storing a wide variety of mixes. The generous size is perfect for large families, party buffets, larger bread doughs or for mixing several baking batches at the same time. The food-safe polyethylene plastic (PE) can withstand both frozen ice cream and boiling hot caramel. The dimensions are Ø 28 cm, height 14 cm. Caramel straight from the pan can be filled in the same way as chilled ingredients from the freezer. Microwave compatibility is a real plus: ganache, writing chocolate or butter can be gently heated in short intervals at a low setting, stirring in between to ensure even heat. A lightly oiled plastic wall is ideal for proofing bread and yeast doughs, the dough sticks less and can be easily removed. If egg whites are to be beaten, the bowl must be completely grease-free, otherwise the egg whites will remain liquid.
