The baker's cloth, 65 × 230 cm, ensures even proofing without sticking for rolls, baguettes and smaller breads. The cloth is perfect for doughs that should not have a basket pattern and allows the dough pieces to lie comfortably next to each other. Lay the cloth flat, dust it with a little flour for soft doughs, place the dough pieces and form folds between the rows so that they proof separately. After proofing, lift the dough pieces onto the tray or into the tin. Shake out the cloth and only wash it occasionally. The material has an antibacterial effect, absorbs excess moisture and dries quickly. The linen cloth is natural, free from chemical treatments, bleaching and dyeing.
