In addition to buttercreams, flower and modelling pastes, marzipan, isomalt, piping gel and cake icing mixtures are also excellent; classic gel colors are less suitable for high-fat products such as chocolate. a tiny drop of Colour Mill is enough for intense pink tones, and thanks to its high concentration you need significantly less product. If necessary, the paint can be diluted with alcohol; the drying time is longer due to the oil content, but the color effect is retained for longer.store in a cool, dry place, protected from light.
