Colour Mill oil-based colorant forest green, 100 ml. The oil-based food coloring ensures intense, rich and even shades in high-fat batters - with streak-free results. With Colour Mill oil-based forest green colourant, you can use the fats and oils in your baked goods so that the pigments are optimally distributed and do not fade so quickly. What is the colorant suitable for? Especially for buttercream, Swiss meringue, chocolate, cake batter, ganache and sugar masses; also for flower pastes, gumpastes, modeling pastes, marzipan, cake mixes, pastries, icing, isomalt, piping gel and cake icing mixes. In contrast to classic gel colors, it also works in very high-fat applications such as chocolate. How is it used? Shake well before use, then dispense very sparingly - ideally using the end of a cocktail stick or the practical dispensing lid. The highly concentrated formula develops over time; wait a short time after mixing before adding more. The paste can be diluted with alcohol if necessary; this extends the drying time. The finished colors are UV- and fade-resistant as well as bake-proof. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from sunlight. Please note: Depending on the color shade, the bottles may vary due to different pigment weights; all are filled to the brim.
