The Flavour paste Pumpkin brings the typical Pumpkin Spice flavour directly into Buttercream, Ganache, bavarois and baking batter – warm, spicy and with the authentic taste of pumpkin, cinnamon and delicate autumn spices. The paste does not taste artificial or overpowering; instead, it develops a natural, well-rounded flavour that instantly recalls a freshly baked pumpkin cake. One spoonful into the cream or the batter – and every autumn creation smells and tastes of the finest baking season of the year.

What sets this paste apart is its suitability for baking: it is heat-stable and can be incorporated directly into cupcake batter, sponge batter or other baking batters without the flavour being lost during baking. This means the Pumpkin Spice flavour is not only present in the cream but already perceptible in the batter itself. At baking temperatures above 200°C, it is advisable to increase the quantity slightly, as high heat can mildly reduce the intensity of the flavour. Stirred into Buttercream, it produces a spiced autumn cream that is equally suited as a filling and topping for pumpkin cakes, cupcakes and slices. Incorporated into Ganache, the paste pairs particularly well with dark chocolate. In bavarois and mousse, it lends a creamy, aromatic autumn dessert with wonderful depth. The paste can also be used in ice cream production, yoghurts or warm beverages – Pumpkin Spice well beyond the bakery.

Stir the paste in spoonful by spoonful, tasting as you go, until the desired intensity is reached. As the paste is intensely aromatic, even small quantities are sufficient for a full flavour – it is best to proceed gradually. Close the tin securely after use and store in a cool, dark, dry place at 15–20°C.
