Do you find that the fruit does not bring enough flavour to your preparation?
This delicious apple aroma will allow you to flavour your ganaches, butter creams, bavarois, ice creams or any other topping.
Recommended dosage: about 0.3% of the weight of your preparation.
Capacity: 50 ml
Ingredients: Sugar syrup, monopropylene glycol, acidifier: E330, natural flavour.
Storage: Protect from light and heat.
Limited use for foodstuffs.
Do not ingest as is.
