With this cookie cutter, you can make Christmas angel biscuits in no time at all. What is the cutter suitable for? For all standard doughs - whether sweet or savory - as well as for fondant and marzipan. How is it used? Keep the dough cool, lightly flour the work surface, rolling pin and mold, roll out the dough (thin for crispy, approx. 0.5 cm for soft), cut out, place on baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C until golden brown.
