With the 3-piece cookie house cutter set, you can easily make the walls, roof and chimney of a gingerbread house. The set is also suitable for cutting out shortcrust pastry or modeling dough such as modelling clay. Roll out the gingerbread dough to a thickness of 3 to 5 mm, cut out each piece twice and cut a rectangular base plate from 5 mm dough. Bake the pieces and brush them with gum arabic while they are still warm. While the pieces are cooling, prepare an egg white icing or a royal icing mix with water. Color one part as desired (e.g. green, red or light blue) and fill the icing into a piping bag with a perforated nozzle. Decorations can be added to the walls before assembly. The walls are fixed to the base plate with icing, then the roof and chimney are attached with sufficient royal icing. Allow the glued-on individual parts to dry separately after each step. Small sweets, sugar pearls or almonds can be glued on for the finishing touch. The set is made of food-safe, sturdy plastic, can be cleaned under warm running water and is dishwasher-safe.
