With the 5.5 cm stainless steel candle cutter, you can create evenly shaped biscuits and decorations for any occasion. Roll out the dough thinly and cut out the motifs cleanly. A thinly rolled out dough will be crispy after baking, for softer biscuits we recommend a thickness of about 0.5 cm. Place the biscuits on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C until golden brown. After baking and cooling, you can decorate the biscuits with royal icing. The icing can be colored as desired; use a brush to apply it. Finally, the biscuits can be decorated with sprinkles. They should then be left to harden in a dry place. The mould is also suitable for decorating with fondant or marzipan. Roll out the mixture with baking starch, cut out the motifs and place them on your cakes or desserts. After use, the cookie cutter can be washed under running water or conveniently cleaned in the dishwasher.
