In use, the heart-shaped baking frame proves particularly practical: simply place a cake collar strip inside, pour in your mixture, allow it to set, then carefully release the frame from the finished bake and peel off the film. This gives you perfectly uniform heart shapes for multi-tiered cakes or individual portions, and with the same frame you can also precisely cut out dough, sponge or bases.
