There is one season that stands for cosiness, warmth and festivity like no other – and that is autumn. With the Sugar decoration Autumn Mood, exactly this feeling lands on the celebration table. The figures are ready to use with no preparation required whatsoever. On Buttercream, Ganache, Cake icing or icing they adhere without any aids – simply place them on and you are done. On smooth Fondant, fix the underside with a small dot of melted chocolate so that the figure stays securely in place even during transport. On cupcakes, one figure each serves as an individual topper and adds an instant autumn accent – eight different motifs, eight individual cupcakes, a varied overall display on the celebration table. On a cake, the figures can be arranged freely – flat on the surface, upright along the edge or lightly pressed into the Buttercream. Pumpkin next to autumn leaf, hedgehog next to mushroom, acorn next to pumpkin – every combination tells its own atmospheric autumn story. Royal icing is sensitive to moisture. If it becomes too damp, the decoration softens and the figures lose their shape. On very moist creams such as freshly whipped cream, mascarpone or quark, place the figures only shortly before serving. On Buttercream, Fondant, icing or Ganache they can be placed somewhat earlier without any problem. If the finished decorated baked goods are stored in the refrigerator, keep the time as short as possible – the humid refrigerator air can soften the decoration over time. Store any remaining figures in a dry, cool and light-protected place at 12–20°C in the original packaging – not in the refrigerator.

When autumn makes its entrance – with glowing leaves, the scent of cinnamon and the gentle rustling of the hedgehog in the fallen leaves – it belongs on the celebration table too.
