This aluminum tray is wonderfully light yet sturdy enough to safely support even heavier cakes. It does not release any flavor into your creations and is suitable for the fridge and freezer. What is it particularly suitable for? For the entire process from production to transportation. Place a suitable cake ring on the plate: if you want it to be easy to grip on the outside, choose a slightly smaller ring; if the plate is only for stability, the ring can be slightly larger. If the cake is to be removed from the tray before serving, place baking paper or a slice of cake in the ring. You can easily lift the prepared cake with the 28 cm cake tin. If it is smaller than the cake, use an additional larger tray for transportation, which can simply be slid underneath thanks to its low edge. How is it used? After cooling, remove the cake and plate and place it on a rotating cake plate to spread with cream, buttercream or ganache; then cool again. Just before serving, use a spatula to lift the cake from the larger tray or place it on the serving plate together with the cake tray. Clean quickly by hand.
