With the large goat cookie cutter, you can cut out detailed biscuits and decorations from fondant or marzipan. The cutter measures 6.5 × 5.5 × 2 cm and is made of stainless steel. Dust your work surface, hands, rolling pin and the cutter lightly with flour before use. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 0.5 cm and cut out the motifs. Bake the biscuits in a preheated oven at 200 °C until golden brown. Once the biscuits are baked and cooled, you can decorate them with royal icing. After use, the mould can be cleaned in the dishwasher
