With the stainless steel horse cookie cutter with embossing, you can create detailed horse motifs for biscuits, fondant and marzipan. The cookie cutter is perfect for different types of dough as well as for cake, cupcake and muffin decorations made from fondant or marzipan. The shape measures 9.5 × 11.5 × 2.5 cm. Roll out the dough with a little flour to a thickness of approx. 0.5 cm, cut out the motifs and bake at 200 °C until golden brown. For a stable dough, we recommend using cold butter, as this holds the dough together. Place the dough in the fridge for a few minutes as soon as you notice that it is getting too sticky or too warm. After use, the tin can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
