With hazelnut syrup, you can refine a hazelnut cappuccino in no time at all: mix 30 g of syrup with an espresso and pour in 150 g of boiled milk. How is it used? You can flavor an entire cake with just a little syrup, and the sponge cake can be soaked in it for a special kick; ideally, bake the sponge cake the day before so that it is easier to cut into slices.
