This set combines a 22 x 22 x 15 cm cardboard box with a round Ø 22 cm cake base in silver - ideal for safe transportation and an attractive presentation. What is the set suitable for? For both light and heavy, multi-tiered cakes that need to be carried and presented safely. The box and base set (Ø 22 cm × 15 cm) provides the perfect base and support for your creations. How is it used? Select the plate in such a way that approx. 2 cm of edge remains free all around. This allows you to decorate the transition with flowers, buttercream or fondant elements. First layer the cake on a small cardboard base (1-2 cm smaller than the cake) with a slightly larger auxiliary base underneath, chill the cake for an hour and spread it on a rotating plate. Place a dab of buttercream, ganache or jam in the middle of the aluminum surface and place the cake in the middle. For tiers, 3-4 cake sticks per layer are recommended. Then lift the cake and plate into the box, cross a ribbon under the box and tie it at the top. The box is made of white cardboard. The base is made of food-safe cardboard covered with tear-resistant aluminum foil; the coated surface does not soften. The set is not reusable. The box and base ensure that your cake reaches its destination safely and looks good on any table.
