Professional rolling pin, 30 cm

A good rolling pin is an indispensable helper in every kitchen - whether for Christmas cookies, tart bases, wähenteig or the thin base of a pizza. This professional rolling pin has a total length of 58 cm, 30 cm of which is rolling surface. The compact size is ideal for small to medium quantities of dough and also fits into smaller household kitchens. The smooth wood prevents the dough from sticking together. With a little flour or baking starch on the work surface, you can achieve even, smooth surfaces - even with sticky batters such as fondant or decorative sugar. It is easy to use: first prepare the dough. Pastry dough and tart bases are particularly easy to work with after a night in the fridge. Pizza and tarte flambée dough should first rise according to the recipe. Sprinkle some flour on a clean work surface. For Brunsli dough, use sugar instead; baker's starch is also suitable for many other doughs. Press the prepared dough slightly flat and place it in the center. Sprinkle a little flour on the surface and also lightly rub the rolling pin - this is the best way to roll. Roll from the center outwards. For round shapes, turn the dough in between; for rectangles, only roll in two directions. Don't forget to dust - this way nothing sticks. Professional tip for lifting: Wrap the rolled-out dough around the rolling pin and unroll it at the desired point. This prevents the shape from warping. Care instructions: Clean the rolling pin by hand with a damp cloth. For stubborn stains, rinse briefly under running water, but do not soak. Then allow to dry thoroughly. A rolling pin that you will enjoy for many years.
