Nonpareils – derived from the French term for "without equal" – are small, round sugar balls approximately 1 to 1.5 mm in diameter. They lend baked goods, cakes and Pralines not only colourful decorative accents, but also a pleasant crunch. The FunCakes nonpareils are available in various colours and sizes.
Properties & Application
The FunCakes nonpareils are suitable for cakes, cupcakes, cookies and other baked goods. As a Sprinkle decor, they are applied to icing, Buttercream or Fondant and create colourful, lustrous accents. As a modelling element, they can be used precisely for fine details such as flower centres, eyes or buttons made from Fondant or marzipan.
