Mold for clown chocolate figure

The clown chocolate mold makes it possible to create a detailed and cheerfully radiant clown figure out of chocolate. It is ideal as an original gift for Easter, during the Advent season or simply as a loving gift in between. The playful design brings color and joy to the table and appeals to children and adults alike. The shape is versatile and offers a charming alternative to classic figures such as Santa Claus or the Easter bunny. Whether together with children or in quiet creative work alone - this mold can be used to create individual chocolate figures that look particularly lively thanks to their fine details. Prepare the mold carefully before use. Clean it with lukewarm water and mild washing-up liquid, dry it well and then polish it with non-fraying absorbent cotton. The mold should then only be touched at the edges. For optimum results, we recommend using high-quality, well-tempered couverture. When coloring the details, work from the outside in, either with colored cocoa butter or with tempered couverture. White couverture can be colored with fat-soluble powder paints. For a beige shade, for example, one third milk couverture can be mixed briefly with two thirds white couverture. Elements such as dungarees or a flower can be accentuated with specific colors. Thanks to the finely worked structure, the figure looks expressive even with just a few colors. To create the hollow figure, the mold is completely brushed with couverture. Carefully tap the edge to release any air bubbles. The mold halves are then fitted together precisely and fixed in place with clamps. After filling, the mold is turned over, excess couverture is poured out and the process is repeated as required until the desired wall thickness is achieved. The drops are then wiped off and the mold is cooled briefly. The base is placed on baking paper with a little couverture and cooled again. To unmold, carefully run a spatula between the halves of the mould. Finally, the figure can be decorated with fondant or sugar decorations as desired and elegantly packaged. With the clown chocolate mold, you can create colourful, detailed hollow figures in no time at all, which are suitable for numerous occasions and are guaranteed to bring joy.
