White cake icing, 1kg
What is it suitable for? For coatings and decorations, fully poured or partially dipped - the surface remains intact even after cooling. How is it used? Pour the drops into a bowl as required and melt briefly in the microwave or over a bain-marie, stirring occasionally; any remaining amounts can be cooled and melted again later. White cake glaze can be used to evenly coat cakes on a wire rack over baking paper; drained, solid glaze can be crumbled and reused. The white cake icing can be colored as desired with fat-soluble powder paint or Colour Mill; it is also ideal for two-tone effects in cornet paper or piping bags as well as for decorations such as sugar pearls, fondant, chocolate lentils or nut brittle.
