Practical wooden sticks for homemade sorbets and small cakes on a stick, clean to enjoy and easy to serve. What are they suitable for? The wooden sticks are ideal for shaping, freezing and serving ice lollies or cake pops. How are they used? Prepare an ice cream mixture, fill a suitable mold, insert the sticks and freeze everything for at least four hours. For simple variations, mix natural yoghurt with a little Monin syrup or use fine syrup or fruit puree; a mixture of milk, acacia honey and melted couverture is also possible. After freezing, the ice cream sticks can be briefly dipped in untempered couverture at around 40 °C and sprinkled with almond or hazelnut brittle, cocoa nibs, almond slivers or crunchy pearls as desired. The ice cream sticks ensure a secure grip and clean hands.
