Product features and adjustability
The adjustable round baking frame by ScrapCooking can be set to a diameter of 15 to 23 cm and measures 12 cm in height. The stepless adjustability allows you to prepare cakes in different sizes with just a single utensil. This means the frame replaces several fixed baking tins and reduces the amount of storage space required in the kitchen.
Use in cake making
To use, the frame is adjusted to the desired size and locked in place before sponge batter or the individual layers of a dessert are added. The frame is suitable for preparing sponge bases, cheesecakes and layered desserts such as a strawberry cake.
