The set is ideal for stylish decorations in various shapes and sizes made from fondant, marzipan, flower paste, Massa Ticino or modelling chocolate. The set contains three cutters including an ejector that shapes fine leaf veins when cutting out. Lightly dust the work surface with baker's starch or use a silicone mat. Roll out the mixture thinly. The leaves look particularly realistic if the center remains slightly thicker than the edge. Cut out the motifs with light pressure, press the ejector for the veins and remove the leaf cleanly. For additional effects, you can create airbrush colour gradients or fine adjustments to the veins using a silicone embosser or modelling tool.
