Description
This aroma with a banana taste will allow you to flavor your ganaches, butter creams, ice creams or any other garnishes.
You can also add this flavor to your cookie dough, sponge cake, cupcakes, ... because it is perfectly suitable for baking.
We recommend to add an additional amount of aroma than the recommended dosage if the cooking temperature is higher than 200 ° C.
Ingredients: Sugar, Banana (30%), Glucose Syrup, Water, Flavouring, thickener: E440a, antioxidant: E300, colour: E100, E160a. May contain traces of: egg, milk and nuts.
Recommended dosage: 30g for 500g of preparation.
