Lemon flavor, 50 ml
Give doughs, creams and fillings a natural, fresh citrus note - without changing the consistency. Aroma Lemon consists of at least 95 % fruit, is naturally extracted and spreads evenly in masses. What is it suitable for? For buttercream, vanilla cream, toppings, sauces, cake and cupcake batter, ice cream, chocolate ganache, Swiss merengue or flavored macarons - with subtle coloring if desired. How is it used? Add up to 0.3 g per 100 g of mixture, mix carefully, taste and adjust the amount to taste. Above 200 °C, a little more flavoring should be used, as heat can slightly reduce the taste; it can be baked along without any problems and is also suitable for baked fillings. Thanks to their consistency, flavoring liquids can be incorporated very easily without liquefying the mixture.
