How to achieve perfect cupcakes

Use these Cupcake cases in combination with a stainless steel cupcake tin. This way your cupcakes will stay beautifully round and bake evenly.

It is best to fill the cases to only about two-thirds so that the batter has enough room to rise during baking and the cupcakes form a lovely, even Dome. For the Christmas season, the wintry motifs are particularly well suited for an Advent coffee gathering, as alternatives to a biscuit platter, or as a small gift that you can finish as you please with Buttercream, frosting or Sugar decoration.
