The fat-soluble powder colorant for chocolate in orange is very intense in color and ideal for coloring white chocolate, white couverture, cocoa butter, buttercream and white ganache. Even a small amount is enough to color fatty masses evenly. The more powder you use, the more intense the color will be. For a particularly even result, it is advisable to mix only a small amount of the mixture with a little powder first.
