The rectangular casserole and baking dish (28.5 × 23 cm) is very versatile and robust. It has a non-stick coating and distributes the heat evenly. The dish reliably keeps cakes, breads, gratins or focaccia in shape. At 28.5 cm long, 23 cm wide and 7 cm high, it offers plenty of space. The small holes on the handles make it possible to place a second pan on top as a lid, which is particularly suitable for bread. The pan is just as perfect for sweet sponge bases, brownies and yeast pastries as it is for frittatas, baked vegetables and potato gratin. Grease the pan with butter or oil before use. For sponge cakes, cakes and yeast pastries, we recommend using baking paper to make it easier to remove at the end. Clean the tin thoroughly before using it for the first time and dry it well. The tin is oven-safe up to 250 °C, not microwave-safe and not suitable for the dishwasher. Please do not use scouring pads or sharp knives.
