What is it suitable for? For cocktails, shots, beer or wine — as well as soft drinks and Syrup, for example at children's birthday parties, weddings, or other celebrations. Sprinkle a little powder directly into the glass or dose 0.1–0.7 g per litre of liquid; after a brief stir it dissolves and lends an elegant shimmer. The colour may fade slightly over time, but shaking or stirring again restores the brilliance. The colour was developed especially for alcoholic beverages and also creates shimmering effects in non-alcoholic drinks. Colours can be mixed with one another to create new nuances.
