The delightful marzipan in roll-out quality from FunCakes is smooth and flexible! The marzipan is easy to work with and to roll out. It has a fine texture and is firm after rolling.
To completely cover a round cake with a diameter of 24–26 cm or a square cake with a diameter of 20 cm, you will need approximately 500 g of marzipan. Before use, knead the marzipan thoroughly and then roll it out on a thin layer of Magic roll-out powder .
