White Cake Lace Mix, 200 g

This mixture creates delicate, edible borders for cakes and patisserie. What is it suitable for? For decorations on mirror glaze, chocolate or fondant - the white lace is suitable for any surface. How is it used? Pour 56 ml of water into a mixer, add 4 tablespoons of Cake Lace Mix (approx. 42 g) and mix both together for about 2 minutes. Then add approx. 1 teaspoon of Cake Lace Glue (approx. 3 g) and mix for a further 5-10 minutes until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous. If desired, color the mixture with a little gel color; powder or liquid colors change the consistency. Spread the liquid mixture into the Cake Lace silicone mold with a spatula so that all the cavities are well filled. Leave the decoration to dry for 6-8 hours at room temperature or 10-15 minutes in a convection oven at approx. 80 °C. Carefully loosen the border and attach it to the desired position on your creation. Only mix as much as you need; keep the rest of the powder for later. Liquid mass will keep for up to 7 days in the fridge. Dried decorations can be stored for several weeks in a cool, dry place in an airtight box.
