The Lollipop round chocolate mold is made of food-safe plastic and measures 20 x 30 cm. The finished lollipops are approx. 5 cm in diameter and 0.8 cm high. What is the mold suitable for? For personal gifts, children's birthdays or as a sweet finishing touch at events. How is it used? Place the lollipop sticks in the cavities provided, fill with tempered chocolate, lightly tap the mold and leave to set in the fridge; the lollipops can then be easily unmolded. Optionally, decorate the cavities with cocoa butter colors for fine speckles; for a sparkling effect, pop sugar can be mixed into the couverture or sprinkled on top. The lollipop sticks are not included; sticks with a diameter of 4 mm and a maximum length of 12 cm are recommended. For maintenance, clean the mold before and after use with warm water and mild detergent; it is not dishwasher-safe. With the Lollipop round chocolate mold, you can achieve even results with little effort.
