The mold made of food-safe plastic allows you to make up to eight round lollipops in one go - ideal for creative and repeatable results. The finished lollipops have an attractive, even shape and are perfect for a variety of uses. Whether for children's birthday parties, parties or dessert buffets - with these round chocolate lollipops, you are guaranteed to create excitement and sweet moments of indulgence. They are easy and efficient to use: place suitable lollipop sticks (4-5 mm diameter, max. 13 cm long) in the cavities provided and fill with tempered couverture. You will need about 28-30 g of chocolate per cavity. Tap the mold lightly on the work surface to release any air bubbles and then leave to cool for 10-15 minutes. The lollipops can then be easily removed from the mold. For additional effects, you can stir popping sugar directly into the couverture or sprinkle it onto the surface. Color accents are also possible without any problems: gently heat cocoa butter colors to around 40 °C and sprinkle or brush them into the clean, dry mold. After a short drying time, remove excess paint with a metal horn to create individual and colorful designs. Cleaning is easy: rinse the mold with warm water and mild detergent before and after use. Please note that the mold is not dishwasher-safe.
