With the 3-piece shell cutter set, you can create finely embossed shells in no time at all. The set includes three cutter sizes. Choose a material such as marzipan, flower paste, fondant, Massa Ticino or modelling chocolate. Dust the work surface lightly with baking starch or work on a silicone mat. Roll out the paste 2-3 mm thin, cut out the motifs with gentle pressure and then press the ejector to emboss the fine lines and release the mould cleanly. For an open shell, cut out two thin halves, glue them together and optionally place a small pearl in a mother-of-pearl colour. Use an airbrush to create elegant color gradients. Powder paint is suitable for a darker center.
