Self-cast chocolate figures are a special gift and will delight dinosaur fans of all ages. Use the mold to design a pretty dotted dinosaur with small wings - creatively made up and individually decorated. How is it used? Rinse the mold with lukewarm water and mild detergent (no lye or rinse aid), dry and polish it without touching the inner surfaces. Only use tempered couverture; water must not get into the chocolate. Colored cocoa butter or tempered couverture are suitable for make-up; white couverture can be colored with fat-soluble powder colors, for beige mix 1/3 milk couverture with 2/3 white couverture. Brush from the outside to the inside, allow the couverture to set briefly and then coat the mold completely. Put the halves together, secure them with the clips provided, fill the mold, tap out any air bubbles and pour off the excess. Then chill, place the base on baking paper, chill again and carefully unmold - then decorate with fondant or sugar decorations as desired. Our tip: turn the mold every now and then to check the result. Thanks to its ease of use, it's ideal for making together with children.
