How is it used? Before use, wash out the mold with warm water and then polish it so that the chocolate figures shine. Then fill with tempered couverture. For an even edge, remove excess chocolate with a metal scraper or fill the mold evenly using a piping bag. Then chill for 15-20 minutes; the cold causes the chocolate to contract and separate from the mold. The 0 to 9 offers 9 for the numbers 0-8; for the nine, the six is poured out and turned upside down. What is the mold suitable for? The 0 to 9 is ideal if you want to make number decorations. Note: The mold is not dishwasher-safe.
