Colourful sugar decorations for an instant effect: Super Sprinkle Jungle, 90 g decorates cakes, tarts, biscuits, cupcakes, cake pops and homemade ice cream in no time at all. What is the mix suitable for? For everything that needs a lively finish - with different colors, shapes and sizes. The mix has a neutral taste. The medium and large balls have a crispy crunchy core and are coated in delicate milk chocolate. The fine candy canes are made from thin, raw noodles and are the hardest elements in the mix - visually very attractive, but noticeably firmer when eaten. How is it used? Sprinkle the mixture onto icing or couverture just before it dries, or press individual elements lightly onto fondant, flower paste, modeling chocolate or marzipan.
