This flat whisk prevents lumps because the wires do not cross. What is it ideal for? For mixing egg yolk and egg white powder, simmering caramel or whipping vanilla cream. How is it used? With the flat wires, you can even whisk the egg for breading directly in the plate and stir soft mixtures evenly. The flat whisk 25 cm can be used like a normal whisk and reliably prevents lumps. For a smooth vanilla custard, mix the powder, egg yolk and milk in a bowl, add hot vanilla milk and continue stirring until a firm custard is formed. The flat wires prevent lumps of custard powder. After use, the flat whisk 25 cm simply goes into the dishwasher and is quickly ready for use again.
