Molds "Truffles" in silicone - Truffles molds: Truffles 20

If you are looking for molds with original shapes, here is our assortment of "Truffles" molds. 

Thank to these molds, you will be able to make Christmas balls with a surprising heart, chocolates or simply desserts in the shape of a sphere :) 

Some of these truffles can be used to present little desserts but also as an insert to have a dessert with a different taste and texture :) 

The "Truffles 5" will be perfect as an insert for the "Truffles 20" or "Truffles 40". 

The "Truffles 20" will be perfect as an insert for the "Truffles 70". 

The "Truffles 40" will be perfect as an insert for the "Truffles 70" or "Truffles 120". 

Once your preparation taken in the freezer, you can decorate them with velvet spray or mirror glaze. All these molds have a special border to obtain a beautiful sphere.

You could choose between 5 different molds: 

- Truffles 5: Ø 2.2 cm x 1.95 cm - 35 cavities x 5 ml = 175 ml

- Truffles 20: Ø 3.2 cm x 2.8 cm - 15 cavities x 20 ml = 300 ml

- Truffles 40: Ø 4.2 cm x 3.6 cm - 15 cavities x 40 ml = 600 ml

- Truffles 70: Ø 5.2 cm x 4.5 cm - 8 cavities x 70 ml = 560 ml

- Truffles 120: Ø 6.2 cm x 5.2 cm - 8 cavities x 117 ml = 936 ml

You can also use this mold for appetizers because it is resistant to temperatures from -60°C to + 230°C.
