Molds "Cylinder" in silicone - Dimension of each cavity: Ø 4.8 cm

A tart base for an aperitif or for tartlets, desserts in a cylindrical shape, here are the different possibilities that this range of silicone molds "cylinder" will offer you. 

You will also be able to use some of these molds as insert for the "Essenziale 80" mold, to make cookie bases or the famous Florentine biscuit.

If you choose to create desserts you can add as decoration the "Plissé 7", "Plissé 23", "Tourbillon 9" or the "Tourbillon 23" mold.

You will have the choice between the following molds:

- SF030 - Fiorentine : ø 3.5 cm x 0.5 cm high  - 24 cavities x 5 ml = 120 ml

- SF029 - Fiorentine : ø 6 cm x 1.2 cm high - 8 cavities x 35 ml = 280 ml

- SF027 - Petits-Fours: ø 4 cm x 2 cm high - 15 cavities x 30 ml = 450 ml

- SF098 - Cilindro: ø 4.8 cm x 5 cm high - 12 cavities x 83 ml = 996 ml

- SF119 - Cylinders: ø 6.3 cm x 4 cm high - 8 cavities x 123 ml = 984 ml

- SF127 - Cylinders: ø 7 cm x 4.5 cm high - 7 cavities x 133 ml = 798 ml

Material: Silicone

Use: For baking, remove from the mold after the preparation has cooled down completely.

Temperature resistant from -60°C to +230°C. Dishwasher safe.
