White modeling chocolate
This moldable chocolate paste is ideal for detailed decorations and a clean coating for cakes or pastries. It dries quickly and then hardens so that your creations remain stable. What is it particularly suitable for? For roses, flowers and figures - from simple elements to unusual designs. How is it used? First knead until soft, then add sugar syrup to make the mixture even smoother; after kneading briefly, use it to model decorations or roll it out to form patterns with cookie cutters. Coloring with powder paints or spraying with an airbrush is also no problem. Modeling chocolate can be used for birthday cakes and colourful themed cakes as well as elegant desserts.
