Finely crafted white pollen on thin wire give sugar flowers an authentic look on cakes, cupcakes and muffins. What are they suitable for? For recreating flower centers, such as lilies or wild roses, and for a variety of decoration projects; this version is in white. White flower pollen provides material for several projects and allows you to choose the number and arrangement of pollen to suit your flowers. How are they used? The pollen comes as small balls, on both sides of very thin wire: bundle three wires, for example, and fix them in the middle with another one for six pollen of the same height, or cut wires to different lengths and insert the ends into a small ball of fondant, marzipan or flower paste with a little glue. This allows you to determine the spacing and lengths and also creates the base to which you can attach the petals. Please note: the white flower pollen are made of plastic and are not suitable for eating; they are for decoration purposes only. Inform your guests and remove the flowers before enjoying the confectionery.
