To ensure that flowers and blossoms made from sugar paste retain their shape, it is essential to dry them thoroughly before attaching them to the cake or cupcake. With this shaper stand, you can dry various flowers evenly on wire. What is the product suitable for? For fondant, flower paste and other modeling work used as decorative accents. How is it used? Cut out a flower or leaf from fondant, flower paste or another modeling compound, string the elements onto wire and give them fine structures such as leaf veins or very thin, slightly torn edges using a modeling tool or embosser. The flower former holds the shaped parts securely: Carefully place the flower in the hollows, sort the leaves if necessary and place the wires in the appropriate hole. Large roses can be made by attaching a flower cone to the wire and fastening the individual leaves around it. If desired, paint the flowers and leaves with powder paint on household paper; use a fine brush to apply paint to the inside or the edges. Add additional accents with egg white spray glaze and pearls. Leave everything to dry until the elements have hardened and can be used as decoration. Thanks to the flower shaper, the drying process is even; cleaning is generally not necessary - if it gets dirty, rinse the shaper briefly with a little washing-up liquid.
