Attach the wire to the sugar flowers or leaves made from gum paste to create a sturdy stem and tie several elements into a bouquet using florist ribbon. The floral wire can be used to create decorative arrangements for fondant and wedding cakes; it is also suitable for table decorations or as a fine detail on your guests' plates. Please note that the floral wire is not edible and must not be inserted directly into cakes. All decorative elements must be removed before consumption.
