What is the appliance suitable for? For thinly rolled dough sheets that you can process directly or cut with cutting rollers, a pasta dough wheel or ravioli molds. How is it used? Insert the dough, start at level 0, fold the dough several times and gradually change to the desired thickness; then feed the floured dough sheet through the cutting rollers. The Atlas 150 pasta machine with motor produces uniform sheets of dough for lasagne sheets, ravioli and pasta of all kinds. Cook fresh pasta for 2-4 minutes depending on thickness, dried pasta for 4-6 minutes; hang the pasta on a pasta rack for about 5-6 hours to dry, well packaged it will keep for up to a month. A brush is sufficient for cleaning: never clean with water, remove rollers, combs and cutting rollers and brush dry; make sure that the motor is always switched off when dismantling and cleaning.
