The set is perfect for detailed petal decorations in four sizes: 25 mm, 30 mm, 37 mm and 45 mm. Thanks to the practical edge, handling is particularly easy. Roll out a thin layer of fondant, marzipan or flower paste. We recommend using a silicone mat or some baking starch as a base to prevent sticking. Press the cutter onto the paste and apply light pressure, similar to cutting out cookies. The rose petals can then be shaped further using a modelling tool and finished with food coloring, egg white icing or decorative sprinkles.
